The Renesas RZ/A1H - RZ/A1M is a certified Rhomb.io Core Module based on the Renesas RZ/A1H and RZ/A1M System on Chip (SoC). Those processors are pin to pin compatible and the only difference in between them is that the RZ/A1H has 10MB of RAM and the RZ/A1M has 5MB of RAM.
This single-chip SoC includes an ARM Cortex A9 processor able to support both Linux, RTO or bare-metal programming. With 2D graphics accelerator, LVDS output and a wide variety of communications buses such as USB, CAN, I2C, I2S, Ethernet, SPI, QSPI, etc, this Rhomb.io Core is the ideal solution for IoT and HMI applications.
As the Rhomb.io Standard specifies, the Renesas RZ/A1H - RZ/A1M Core Module also integrates the power control and offers a wide amount of interfaces ready to fit in your modular-based product. Look at the following table to see the main capabilities.
